It supports various navigation path selections, including straight travel, left diverging, and right diverging, by detecting the polarity (N/S pole) and intensity of embedded magnetic strips. With a robust IP65-rated design and support for multiple industrial communication protocols (such as CANopen, RS485, and modbus-RTU), the MLS series is the ideal core component for large, heavy-load AGV navigation systems.
Magnetic Trajectory Guidance: Accurately follows magnetic strips for path tracking and grid-based positioning.
Magnetic Stud (Marker) Correction: Ideal for calibrating the inertial navigation system of AGVs both indoors and outdoors.
Directional Path Selection: Supports intelligent lane changing by detecting left, right, or straight path instructions embedded in the magnetic strip.
High Sensitivity & Adjustability: Equipped with Hall Effect technology offering a detection accuracy of 1mm and a fast response time of 5ms. The sensitivity is fully adjustable (0-9 levels) to adapt to different magnetic environments.
Multi-Polarity Support: Independently configurable to detect either S-pole or N-pole, or both N/S poles simultaneously.
Wide Detection Range: Available in multiple lengths (160mm / 320mm / 480mm / 640mm) to accommodate various vehicle sizes and detection needs, especially suitable for large, heavy-load AGVs.
